Bhavik is an award-winning leader and culture change strategist at the intersections of mental health and DEIB.
With over 17 years across financial services, nonprofits, and global consulting, Bhavik has supported organizations that are values-driven, mission-centered, and committed to justice. His work focuses on creating sustainable cultures rooted in psychological safety, shared accountability, and collective care. He has partnered with global organizations such as BlackRock, Yahoo, Syneos Health, PGIM, Olly and more!
Additionally, before transitioning full-time into culture work, one of Bhavik's most substantial roles was as UK Mental Health Lead at Capco. Bhavik successfully challenged the culture to address workplace stressors to prioritize mental health within financial services, along with his day-to-day consulting role.
Bhavik is a featured contributor for Harvard Business Review and Fast Company, and Bhavik has recently garnered accolades such as the 40 Under 40 Power List by Color Magazine and the Positive Role Model Award for Gender from the National Diversity Awards.
Bhavik lives in Long Island, NY, close to Manhattan, but far enough to enjoy the quiet.
