Ragini Bhaumik is thrilled to join Re:wild as Philanthropy Operations Manager, bringing a deep commitment to advancing mission-driven organizations and a passion for building meaningful donor partnerships. She has a strong background spanning nonprofit development, advocacy, and the arts, with a focus on strengthening systems that enhance donor engagement and philanthropic impact.
Most recently, Ragini led an arts advocacy portfolio at Open Society Foundations, where she also designed and implemented departmental systems to streamline partner engagement and grantmaking. Her career reflects a dedication to creating pathways for connection—whether by supporting global advocacy initiatives, producing award-winning artistic projects, or teaching and mentoring young people as an early-career Teach for America Corps Member.
With experience that bridges philanthropy, advocacy, and the arts, Ragini is eager to help grow Re:wild’s community of supporters and advance its mission to protect and restore the wild.
She lives in Louisiana with her husband where she reads, writes, and sings with her dog.
