B.A. in Fine Arts, The George Washington University
Bethany grew up a devoted ocean enthusiast in Santa Monica, California and graduated from The George Washington University with a Fine Arts degree specializing in Photography.
Her first role post-graduation was as a photographer for the student travel organization Rustic Pathways. This three month assignment in Fiji turned into eight years in the country overseeing program and property operations for the company’s extensive tour portfolio in Fiji and New Zealand. Additionally, she participated in operational field opportunities for the organization’s programs in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Australia, Peru, and Morocco.
After returning to the US in 2019, she pivoted her expertise in logistics to multiple operations roles at the Milken Institute, all focusing on global event execution. She has managed domestic convenings from small private salons in New York and Florida, to large international conferences in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
